An eight year old child and an elderly woman have been killed after a suspected gas explosion caused a four storey building to collapse in Paris.
The blast happened at around 7am local time - causing 15 apartments to turn to rubble.
11 residents have been injured.
Rescue workers are now combing the site for around a dozen people who are still unaccounted for.
