Gardai have confirmed that an 8 year old girl has died following a collision in West Cork.

6 other people were injured in the two car crash at Owenahincha Cross, near Rosscarbery, just before 3 this afternoon.

A woman in her 30s has been critically injured, and the other five have minor injuries.
