The case against a great-grandmother, who had a satellite dish installed on the front of her house in breach of planning regulations, has been thrown out.

90 year old Anne Rudd will not have to pay costs in the case to Dublin City Council.

The pensioner from Terenure in Dublin represented herself in court on a previous occasion.

But today she had legal representation.
