93 per-cent of Irish workers would prefer a bonus to a Christmas party.

New research by Irishjobs-dot-ie shows the majority of workers in the private sector are unhappy with the salaries in their current jobs.

It also shows some workers are planning to ask for a pay rise or to change jobs within the next year.
