The AA is calling for a review of speed limits on our roads.
It follows a new poll by the Road Safety Authority indicating 40% of drivers think it's OK to break the 100 kilometre an hour speed limit.
One in three drivers also admitted speaking on a hand-held mobile, while others admitted to texting and using apps.
