Aer Lingus is one of three airlines that have changed their terms and conditions - after they faced legal action over how they support passengers hit by flight disruption.
Britain's Civil Aviation Authority had said the policies by Aer Lingus, Jet2 and Wizz Air were in breach of consumer law.
It launched enforcement action against the carriers in March - which has now been withdrawn.
