Aer Lingus is being warned it faces a summer of work stoppages.
IMPACT Trade Union - which represents over 1-thousand workers at the airline - says it's balloting members on industrial action over "unfair" work practicies.
The dispute is focused on "onerous" roster patterns - and will be the third strike threat faced by Aer Lingus in the past six months.
IMPACT's Assistant General Secretary Michael Landers says work stoppages are "likely" - and it's the airline's own fault.
