Aer Lingus shareholders will meet today for an extraordinary meeting - with a take over deal on the table.
The gathering is expected to give the go ahead to a proposed buy out by International Airlines Group.
The Minister for Transport said yesterday - concerns over slots at Heathrow would be eased at the meeting.
