A tentative agreement has been reached between Russia and the west over the crisis in Ukraine.
Talks have been held in Geneva between the US, EU, Ukraine and Russia.
But the President of the European Council and the British Prime Minister David Cameron have agreed that sanctions against the Russians should still be ready to use if necessary.
