The company has signed a deal with 3 separate companies Eircom, Integrity, and Wipro.

AIB says the jobs will be based in Dublin, but the union representing the workers says a major cause of concern is that the jobs will be moved overseas in future.

The bulk of the jobs are being outsourced to Wipro, an Indian firm with a call centre in Shannon.
