Joan Burton's become the new Tanaiste and Labour leader.
She's been officially appointed after a comprehensive win over Alex White to become the Labour Party's first ever female leader.
She says the door is open for former Labour members to rejoin the party - while also staking Eamon Gilmore's claim to become the next EU Commissioner.
Meanwhile her new Deputy Leader, Alan Kelly, says Labour may take over some Departments currently held by Fine Gael.
