The High Court has heard that all parties are happy with the transition of Console’s services into Pieta House.

Tom Murray, a forensic accountant, was today officially approved as the permanent liquidator to the former suicide charity.

Mr. Justice Paul Gilligan also directed its founder Paul Kelly, his wife Patricia and three named directors file statements of affairs by mid-September.

The court heard the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement is in the process of cataloguing and scanning documents as part of its investigation.

There was no further application made in relation to previous injunctions granted against the Kellys.
