The controversial influencer Andrew Tate has won an appeal against a court's decision to keep him under house arrest in Romania.
He's facing charges of rape, human trafficking and forming a crime gang to sexually exploit women.
His brother Tristan and two others also face charges.
They all deny the allegations.
Apart from his misogynistic views on women, Mr Tate garnered attention through other controversial behavior.
In 2016, while appearing on Big Brother, a video appeared to show him hitting a woman with a belt and he was subsequently removed from the reality show.
