Pay restoration is set to dominate the annual conference of secondary school teachers in Co. Kerry.

Up to Five hundred secondary school teachers are attending the event, which begins in Killarney this afternoon.

Other motions to be debated call for lab assistants, and the restoration of posts of responsibility in schools.
