The ISPCA is appealing for homes for 28 Jack Russell Terrier type dogs and puppies.
They were found after the charity responded to a call from someone who was concerned for their welfare.
The majority of dogs were eighteen months or younger - 17 were puppies - and had been allowed to breed unchecked.
