Apple is set to create 1,000 new jobs in Cork as part of a major expansion.
The global tech company has reportedly been granted approval by An Board Pleanala for plans to build an office block in the city's northside.
The increase in workforce would bring the total number of people employed by the company in Cork to over 6,000.
