Four men and one woman have been arrested following the seizure of drugs worth 100-thousand euro in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

During a planned search of a premises in the O'Hanlon Park area of the town this morning Gardaí seized cocaine, cannabis herb, ammunition and a substantial amount of cash.

Four men, aged 19 to 52 and one woman, aged 48, have been arrested and they are being held at Dundalk and Drogheda Garda Stations under Section 2 of The Criminal Justice Drug Trafficking Act, 1996.
