Australian prime minister Tony Abbott's suddenly lost his job - after a rushed-through leadership challenge.
The Liberal party decided to remove him from office - in favour of his communcations minister Malcolm Turnbull.
He'd criticised Mr Abbott - whose opinion poll ratings had nosedived - for months.
But in his first speech as prime minister elect, he was more complimentary.
