The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland has upheld a number of complaints made against the Ray Darcy Show on RTE Radio 1.
The complaints related to an interview with Amnesty Ireland's Colm O'Gorman about Ireland's abortion law.
One complainant said the tone and manner in which the interview was conducted lacked fairness, objectivity and impartiality.
The BAI said three complaints about the programme were upheld, two were upheld in part and one was rejected.
