A former Goldman Sachs banker has been found NOT guilty of raping an Irish student in the Hamptons, New York in August 2013.
38 year old Jason Lee was also acquitted of sexual misconduct and assault.
The judge said the prosecution had not met the burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt.
