The Banking Inquiry continues its hearings today.
The inquiry is still in the context phase, where economists and banking experts are appearing to explain the findings and conclusions of relevant reports.
Today the German economist Klaus Regling will discuss his preliminary report into the source of Ireland's banking crisis.
