Michael Barrymore's suing police after being arrested over the death of a man in his swimming pool.

The former television star and two other men were held in 2007 - six years after Stuart Lubbock died - but were never charged.

It's understood he's taking legal action against Essex Police in the UK, saying his reputation and career were damaged.
