Solicitor Brian O'Donnell's application to have the Judge at his High Court hearing recuse himself from the case has been rejected.
Bank of Ireland and receivers are seeking a trespass injunction against Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia over the family's Gorse HIll home in South Dublin.
