Nearly three quarters of voters say people who paid water charges should get a refund.

An Irish Times/Ipsos survey found 72% were in favour of refunding the money.

18% were against the move, while the remainder were "don't knows".

The poll found that Fine Gael supporters were most strongly in favour of refunds, while Sinn Fein voters were least supportive of the idea.
