BOI will veto any write down for morgage customers

Bank of Ireland says it will use its veto against a Personal Insolvency Arrangement if a debt write-down is suggested.

The Bank's group CEO says the bank's policy and practice is to never write off debt.

Dealing with Bank of Ireland has been compared to dealing with the Taliban by an organisation working with those in mortgage arrears.
