Boil water notices are to be lifted in Roscommon next month.

Over six thousand people have been affected by the notice which has been in place for most of the last four years.

It comes as the company revealed that as many as 150 thousand properties not connected to water mains could receive bills in error.

The first water bills are set to drop through our doors from next week.
