A motorcyclist has died after he collided with a car in County Cork.
The 55-year-old died at the scene at Scartbarry, Watergrass Hill this afternoon.
The female driver of the car and the 11 year old passenger were uninjured
In Dublin a 15 year old boy has died and 4 other teenagers are in hospital following a crash on Saturday night.
It happened at around 10pm at Station Road in Clondalkin when the car they were travelling in collided with a tree.
The 4 other occupants of the car, all male and aged between 14 and 16 years, have been taken to hospital.
One is in a serious condition at Our LadyÂ’s Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin.
The other three were taken to Tallaght Hospital.
The scene was preserved and Station Road was closed to facilitate Garda Forensic Collision Investigators, but has since reopened.
