British Labour MP, Jo Cox, has died after she was shot and stabbed in her constituency in West Yorkshire this afternoon.
The incident happened near the library in Birstall where the 41-year-old holds advice surgeries.
A 52-year-old man has been arrested.
Police say no motive has yet been established.
