British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson says it's "perfectly true" he was "wrestling with his decision" on the UK being part of the EU in February.
It has emerged he wrote a pro-Europe newspaper column, that was never published, just 2 days before deciding to come down on the side of Brexit.
He went on to play a prominent role in the campaign.
