Relatives of the late Brian Lenihan are reported to have written to the banking inquiry, demanding the right to reply to allegations made about his performance as former Finance Minister.
The Sunday Business Post says the legal letter was sent on behalf of former government ministers Mary O'Rourke and Conor Lenihan, the aunt and brother of the late Mr Lenihan.
