The report into the National Broadband Plan procurement process will be published in a matter of days.
That's according to the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar who addressed the matter in the Dáil this afternoon.
Peter Smyth's review has looked into whether the process was undermined by the private meetings held between former Communications Minister Denis Naughten and businessman David McCourt.
Mr McCourt is heavily involved in the final team bidding for the contract.
The government received the report yesterday and it's now with the Attorney General."
Leo Varadkar told the Dáil "I received the report yesterday. It has to go due process so it's with the Attorney General now. Parts of it may have to be redacted for commercial reasons and secondly the people named in it have to be given an opportunity to comment."
"We anticipate publishing it as soon as we possibly can. I anticipate that being in a matter of days rather than weeks."
