Belgium's Prime Minister says the security alert in Brussels will remain at the highest level until at least Monday.

However, Charles Michel said the city's schools and Metro are to reopen on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Belgian authorities have charged a man with involvement in the Paris terror attacks.

He was among those held during raids overnight, and becomes the fourth suspect to face charges.

Charles Michel says the situation has to be kept under constant review.

In Paris, police have located an object 'resembling' an explosives belt.

The item was found today in the southern suburb of Montrouge - ten days after the attacks which killed 130 people.

It was found in a dustbin.

It's reported telephone data placed key suspect - Salah Abdeslam in the Montrouge area on the night of the attacks.
