A building company has been fined a hundred thousand pounds for health and safety breaches which led to the death of a 24 year old man.
Brian Og Maguire - from County Fermanagh - died in a workplace accident at a factory belonging to Quinn Building Products Ltd in September 2012.
He had been working with a steel rope when it came loose at one end causing him fatal injuries.
In August the company pleaded guilty to two charges and today at Omagh Crown Court they were fined 50,000 pounds for each one.
In a statement the company has expressed its deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Brian Óg Maguire.
