Emergency services are dealing with a bus fire on Harold's Cross Road in Dublin
The fire broke out on the Dublin bus which was out of service at the time at around 1 o clock today.
There were no passengers on board and the driver was uninjured.
The fire has now been extinguished and an investigation into the cause has been launched.
As a result of the incident Gardai have now closed Harold's Cross Rd inbound at the St Clare's Ave just before the Hospice.
Motorists are being urged to take an alternative route as traffic is heavy in the area.
