Talks on controversial plans to put out to tender 10 percent of bus routes operated by Dublin Bus and Bus Éireann get underway today.
Unions have warned against the plans, saying if they go ahead it could lead to the privatisation of routes and affect their terms and conditions.
Meanwhile, the Irish Times reports that Dublin Bus is looking at the potential of introducing all-night services in the capital.
The State-owned transport company is reported to be examining it as part of a review of its existing Nitelink services with the National Transport Authority.
