A Limerick councillor is calling for a clampdown on people bringing mobile phones into Ireland's prisons.
It follows the convictions yesterday of two men of the murder of businessman Roy Collins in the city five years ago.
The Special Criminal Court ruled that one of the pair, 36 year old Wayne Dundon, had ordered the killing from inside prison.
