There are calls for better regulation of the charity sector, after allegations of financial irregularities at Console.

Lawyers for the charity had to serve injunctions by emails preventing CEO Paul Kelly and his wife Patricia from accessing the charity's bank accounts - after they were unable to contact the couple in person.
