There are calls for the Irish Postmasters Union to return to talks with An Post about the fate of rural post offices.
Negotiations are currently stalled after the IPU withdrew from the talks in July due to a lack of progress.
Earlier this year An Post indicated that 265 offices are unviable and may face closure.
