British Prime Minister David Cameron will today set out his four main objectives for reforming the European Union ahead of a referendum on whether the UK should leave.

They'll be in a letter to the President of the European Council Donald Tusk.

Mr Cameron says the reforms he wants to see are a big task - but are not impossible.
