A legal action by actress Jessica Biel and popstar Justin Timberlake is due to come before the High Court in Dublin this morning.

The couple allege they were defamed by the European edition of Heat magazine last month.

They are suing the German based publisher Bauer and have opted to take the legal action through the Irish courts.
