New laws to prevent killers benefiting from their crimes have been recommended by the Law Reform Commission.
In a new report, it's calling for 24 law changes to make it harder for those convicted of murer or manslaughter to gain any advantage from the death, through inheritance, insurance claims or pensions.

A legal battle between Eamonn Lillis, who was convicted of his wife's manslaughter in 2008, and her family prompted calls for a review of issues in the area.
