The chicken fillet roll has been named as the country's favourite take away lunch.
41% say the classic roll is their go-to deli sandwich for lunch, ahead of a chicken and stuffing sandwich (14%), a BLT (14%) and chicken Caesar wraps (13%).
The survey by Circle K, found the chicken fillet roll has almost doubled in popularity since the their last deli food survey in 2020, when 22% said it was their favourite.
When it comes to breakfast to-go items, the breakfast roll was voted as the nation's favourite.
51% said a breakfast roll was their first choice for deli food in the mornings, over other staples such as a sausage roll (27%) and jambons (12%).
