The Children's Minister is describing the death of a woman who travelled to Britain for an abortion as tragic and shocking.
The 32 year old - who was a foreign national living in Ireland - had a termination at a Marie Stopes clinic in London in 2012.
Authorities in the UK are carrying out an investigation into the incident.
