The clean eating and fitness trend on social media is contributing to eating disorders and mental illness.
It's been found that higher rates rates of social network activity is associated with body dissatisfaction and unhealthy eating behaviours.
It comes as experts are now advising we eat ten portions of fruit and veg, as opposed to the previously recommended 5 a day.
