The Coast Guard has been working on a special rescue this morning in Dublin.
It follows reports from members of the public that a man in a red suit was seen wandering around the sand dunes on Dollymount strand looking confused.
Juliette Gash reports;
Dog walkers and kite-surfers reported seeing a bearded man in a red suit looking disoriented.
It's understood he was on his way to visit sick children in Temple Street before Christmas - when he tumbled out of his sleigh, after a sharp right at the Baily lighthouse in Howth.
Luckily, Howth Coastguard were on the scene within minutes, and were able to accompany Mr. Claus to Temple St.
