The number of commercial insolvencies fell by 27 per cent last month according to VisionNet.ie.
The credit risk analyst says the number of start ups being established in April rose compared to last year with an increase of 54 per cent in the number of real estate agencies being set up.
According to the firm an average of 126 new companies were established every day in the last month.
