The head of the FAI is expected to face a Dáil committee over FIFA's 5 million euro loan to the Irish footballing body.
According to the Irish Independent, the Oireachtas Sport and Tourism Committee will meet on Wednesday when it's likely they will decide to call John Delaney in to explain the FAI's accounts.
The 5 million euro payment was made in the wake of Thierry Henry's handball in a World Cup qualifier between Ireland and France in 2009, but only came to light last week.
The FAI has said the money was accounted for in their 2010 financial statements and was used to offset the cost of the Aviva Stadium.
