Console CEO, Paul Kelly, has resigned after concerns were raised about governance and financial management at the charity.

Mr Kelly stepped down following a report by the RTÉ Investigations Unit on Prime Time.

It revealed the concerns about the charity, which provides counseling for people bereaved by suicide.
