ConsoleÂ’'s interim CEO has been given permission by the courts to gain access to a storage unit that was paid for under the name of the charity'Â’s founder Paul Kelly.
David Hall applied for the court order after a concerned member of the public contacted him to say he spotted Mr. Kelly there with his wife.
The caller said he saw them making two deliveries to the unit last Tuesday.
The order was granted at 2.30 this afternoon.
However, a reporting restriction was put in place for an hour to allow Mr. Hall to make his way to the facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
