Console has taken control of a number of assets held by former CEO Paul Kelly.

The interim head of the suicide prevention charity says they'll now create a full inventory for presentation to the High Court on Tuesday.

On Friday, the court heard that lawyers had been unable to make contact with Mr Kelly and his wife.
